Notes for ignored summoners ( READ ME LYTE )

Dear Lyte ( Riot ) One feature I would REALLY like to see is notes ( just like friends list) for block list. The amount of toxicness and lack of teamwork by players who queue for the sole purpose of being toxic is out of control. Sometimes you get multiple games in a row like this, which leaves you with little patience even for minor offenses which aren't really block worthy, but you are so frustrated with the repetitiveness of it, that you just put people on ignore, while others so deliberately grief they never really deserve to be heard from again. This is especially true for low level accounts, I personally have had 6 different people join league and quit in the last 2 months . Good people, team players , I have tried to port over from other games who will NEVER come back. If notes for Block list is too complicated, How about an option while reporting, that lets you put someone on ignore ( while reporting) , and your note is the report you filed. When I pull someone off ignore for sake of team communication, and they instantly get themselves put right back on ignore from their toxicness , it would be great to see how close to the original offense, the summoner is STILL spewing onto the rest of us. this would also help in pulling people off ignore for minor offenses from having a bad day, probably being short tempered, from being griefed in previous games. Personally I feel this information would be priceless to me and others, and be exceptionally helpful in giving minor offenses a second or even third chance. We all have bad days, however there is a huge difference between being salty or flustered, and being someone who deliberately ruins games for people, from the get go, with out being antagonized. So PLEASE give us notes for players on our ignore/blocked list, Thank You, Voidian Slip
