AFK in ranked, when will riot give a shit?

Well, i could go on about how I lose at least one ranked game a DAY from an afker on my team, and how Its only happened one time in the last month to the enemy team, but my real problem, iis why they dont do anything about it. Their lazy "its 50/50" excuse is bullshit, and even on the rare occassion it actually is 50/50 for a player, its still signifigantly more frusterating to lose from an afker, than iit is nice to win because of one. They need to do something, its going to get wayyyy worse now that windows 10 came out and is unstable with LoL
