Looking for "Friends" for Team Builder queues

Since Riot has added bonus IP to groups I am looking for people to queue pre-made Team Builders with. I'm plat 2 if that really means anything and really want to grind IP. We can use Skype or Curse Voice if you want to. I'm just looking to have some fun and learn champs while taking advantage of bonus IP.
