Question for the behavoir team

The other game, someone said something that was slightly offensive at the end just before the chatbox went away (I almost didn't catch it). After the match he was talking about how about reporting others is worthless and he basically didn't fear or care about the system you all have in place.

What are we supposed to think or how are we supposed to react to that kind of attitude? I mean sure you can just report and move along but if people don't care about voice chat restrictions, a simple report doesn't really have much meaning even if they are punished. Hitting the report button feels kind of useless in that circumstance.

PS. If anyone of you all are reading can we get a report game option? I've been in a few cases where either too many people were going at it or I know someone was doing something but I can't remember who.
