Umm... be patient maybe? There's likely a ton of people who qualified for the mystery champ/skin, so it's going to take a while for Riot to distribute it to every who did. Not to mention, it's only like 6:30 in the morning at Riot HQ; you have the whole day to receive it, so just wait and be patient.
