Does anyone have an idea of how the sites like lolskill.com measure "skill?

G'day fellow forumers.

About a month ago someone posted the site lolskill.com so for the past month I've been checking my progress on the champions I'm interested in. So, I am a Lulu Lulu main, my currect lolskill is 5030 (which is pretty damn good). The estimation on the site is divided by 3 characteristics: Experience, Performance and Overall Skill.

Now here is the real question: the top1 Lulu according to that site is a BRONZE player called Лулу that somehow has 2.7K performance. I am not quite sure what exactly he/she is doing but I find it unlikely that a bronze player can outperform EVERY SINGLE PLAYER on a certain champion.

So can anyone enlighten me how do such sites measure my skill? given that you have such information

mostly elo, games played, and dumb shit like kda. Literally means nothing. I use to be rank 20 at kayle while being diamond 5. Doesn't actually measure skill you could be dog shit at lulu and be rank 1 on lolskill.

Looking at the page, I have absolutely zero idea how that person has such a large LSS.

He doesn't seem to do substantially better or worse than the average in any category.

In fact a little lower on that List Narberal Gamma looks like he should have one of the top scores as he's better in most categories, and has a substantially higher win/loss ratio.
