Dear team matchmakers, Me Picking New Champ =/= Give Me Newly R%%%%%ed Team

And funny fact was that I was actually playing seriously with AP Varus, which I tried out before, it seemed OP. But just because I pick a champ which I have no experience with, does not mean you should also put me with teams that are new with their own champs as well, or worse, actually new to League.
