I have never gotten a leaver buster but some of my friends have and when i want to play with them and I get a message on league and I can't answer it I get pretty upset I'm perfectly fine with waiting 20 minutes but let me use my client he's the one that deserves the punishment not me for wanting to play with my buddy

if you need the client for chatting purposes or something just download the league chat app

they lock up your client when you're in the leaverbuster queue probably to discourage people from getting leaverbuster

Just more incentive for you to pressure your friends to not leave games so you don't have to wait for them and be hindered while waiting.
