With Miss fortune's visual update, is her voiceover also updated?

Since the videos on S@20 had 0 voiceover hooked up, Either its bugged, or its not hooked up yet.

I'm hoping her voiceover is expanded on, this event would be a perfect time to do so, especially with the new Gangplank coming.
