Rune and Mastery list order change

First i'd like to apologize about my noob english.

I wanted to talked about something i always though about and secretly hope would be implimented but 2 year have passed since i'm thinking about it and none seem's to be thinking the same thing then me but here i go.

I'm perfectionist and i like to have thing place in a order that make sense for me like having my ap rune and mastery grouped together same for my ad thing. But the thing is if i for exemple my ap rune are my 1,2,3 rune page and my 4,5,6 are ad and i want to add a new ap rune i have 2 choice, add it at the end and being sad or create my ap rune page in the 4 slot and recreate every ad rune page... same for the mastery page. :(
