Team Builder Bugged

Team builder is very bugged right now. It tells me that I can't find a group and has several error messages. I can't read them because the team builder is now closed and the error will not show anymore. Riot fix this please! P.S. I'd also like to know when this feature will be available on the live server. Thank you!
