can you transfer item sets to another computer?

hi everyone, i just got a new computer and upon starting a new game, i noticed all my item sets were gone... i looked up how to transfer the file over from one comp to another, but none of it worked. i'm running windows 8, and my old comp was windows 7, but i'm not sure if that matters or not. i'd like to be able to use my pre-made sets... does anyone know how i can do it? thanks~
