Can I get a refund on my DJ Sona skin? It's way too quiet. Not even worth.

Since Riot "doesn't have it planned in any upcoming updates" it's about time, I bought it for $30 USD, expecting to hear the music, and it's so quiet, even with the volume turned up, it doesn't even come close to matching the normal ambient music, and while they "Don't want it to be a distraction." the fact that it is so obnoxiously quiet is a distraction in itself. Have you ever tried listening to any kind of dance music at a volume you can barely hear and tried to enjoy it? Come on. it's just aggravating at that point trying to strain your ears to listen to it.

So Riot, I've already used my three lifetime refunds, but if you aren't going to deliver, I'd like to request that this skin be refunded, as it's not worth the price tag given a major function that was advertised, isn't even audible at a regular volume. Yes I've tried turning my music up to 100, I've tried turning my computer's main volume up to 100 and everything else down to 20-30, and then I get my ears blown out later when I watch a youtube video.

This is stupid, and I believe you should offer free refunds to everyone who purchased this skin if you have no plans to fix the issue.
