Just wondering if after a game when the you have been reported for (whatever you were reported for) sign pops up does that mean you were reported and it counted against you or whatever because i didnt say anything that bad last game other then "stop calling people mad noobs when you are the one not helping the team" that was the only bad thing i said and the verbal abuse warning poped up somone help me understand the report system beter thanks

If i remember correctly when you get reported and something pops up that means you are getting report too often, its doesnt mean if its valid or not, just that the system sees you are being reported more than you usually have been (if ever).
