They are all equally important. None more than the other.

Neither is more important than the other, nor should they be. Also, I believe that ADC and support should be considered one role, since neither can survive without the other

It's all about team work and communication but jg if I had to pick one. It is a hard task if you're team can't pick good counters and loose lane quickly before you can farm.
