Running League on a Tablet/2 in 1

I just purchased a Lenovo Flex 3 - 2 in 1 Tablet/PC

Here are the specs. I didn't purchase the unit to play league on but it would be nice to get a match in once and a while.

Intel Pentium N3540 - 4 CPUs @ 2.16ghz 4GB Ram 500GB HDD Intel HD Graphics 1800MB Memory

I'll update what settings I use to maximize FPS.
