i don't understand people

So if you say "troll" but carry hard and win people love you, but when you do the same idea you still carry but people lose their lanes feed then i cant carry and i get reported. I hate when people don't blame them selves. And on a another topic Since the tribunal is dead how can people be reported for going 0/35/0?
