Silver-Gold why is the mindset so bad?

In my experience of league, which may be limited, I have come across a common theme in my ranked games. It would seem that I get stuck on a team of bumbling idiots while the enemy team is vastly stacked against me. No matter what role I pick, I seem to do well in the position then lose due to team actions, or lack thereof. Then the other times when even from champion select I know that it is a fruitless effort. I do not lose every game, no, but, I feel that the people in the ranges of low silver to about medium gold, have little or no regard for the game. They either troll or feed immensely then blame others. The toxicity seems to go unnoticed and it is hard to judge a summoner before you play with them, so I cannot just mute everyone because, once in a blue moon I find a team that wants to win, there is a positive feeling in the air when I get in a game with these mystic beings. Even if we lose the team is positive and realizes the enemy team made better plays then us, it is a learning experience. The enemy team does not always have the same feeling as the positive team. Sometimes they rub it in and, I will admit that I do get irrationally angry when people say "gg ez". A little trash talk is forgivable if they do something awesome or make a cool play but, then these players in this almost elo purgatory show up and type in all chat and make stupid remarks. I do not wish to mute anyone, that is a quick fix I know, but I feel that we should all be able to jump in a game and have a good time no matter what side we land on. I don't wish to solely blame my being stuck in silver on my teammates but, I do think that the majority of lost games are not entirely my fault. I just wish that these Silver-Gold players could adopt the courtesy of plat-diamond players, or even bronze players that are playing just for fun.
