I don't see why not. Its probably worth a try

I noticed a lot of good or even better players are suffering from what we call 'Troll Games' that queue us up with Unskilled Players, Players that Leave Games, Troll Players and etc. then go against skilled and well-communicated players and ending up in a Consequential Fallout: a Defeat, 'Bronze V'. After a while of tinkering and losing, it has come to mind that if this game were to improve in their ranking system I would suggest looking at how players play style and skills instead of them trying to carry as hard as possible to win and end up with a substantial amount of losses and end up in Bronze V. Instead of adding another rank as they call 'Master Tier', why don't Riot just make a program that copies a pro player in each lane and how well that certain lane does and if it manages to do well enough it will be counted as a "Plus" if not "Minus" this will indicate whether a player must improve or not. Instead of suffering a loss and get angry at the game and be conscious about yourself if you need to step up your game or not, the program will mention when you do well or not and feel better about themselves or be motivated to do more than what you are capable of. There are too many players that don't deserve to be in Bronze. Uninstalling for the meantime. I hope this will come through
