Limiting chat does not help the team.

As someone who has limited chat, I think it's hindering teamwork more then it is to help solve my "Toxic" problem. I've had multiple times where I could of help someone, even the enemy, because he was new, and I just couldn't. I can't even defend my actions while playing with other people, allowing them to freely blame me for feeding and such. Tribunal or no, I get reported, my account gets marked up, and I keep sinking deeper in loss, all thanks to limiting my chat.
