"Wrong Runes & Masteries"? New Rune & Mastery Animations solve that!

Whenever a Summoner locks in (or is automatically locked in, at the last 10 seconds) the Rune & Mastery bars light up and glows (similar to the "Attempting to Reconnect" bar in-game) and a speech bubble would appear below them asking "Would you like these Runes & Masteries?"
