So I'm thinking on buying one of these two 
. Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of them?
Questions:
Which has better CC and what ability is it? How helpful is Orianna's protect? Which requires more skill? Do any of them have target shots or are they all skill shots? Who takes up more mana? Which has longer cooldowns? Are they both ap?

pros: ahri is better as an assassin and can deal more damage. ori is fairly safe with her shield.
cons: ahri: a lot of the time, you have to be able to land her charm. it's worse to miss than it is to not use also, so only use if you can land it, unless you are practicing. with ori: few cons, though she doesn't have any dashes.
ahri charm vs ori ball ult and w. the ori ult can hit more and is more powerful, but the charm is on shorter CD. I believe ahri takes more skill. she's all skill shots besides one ability. ori's only skill shot is Q. not sure who takes up more mana. I believe overall, ori CD is shorter, but I'm guessing a bit. they are both ap.
