Two things riot.

One, i was playing nidalee top lane, against a yasuo, he dived me while tanking turret so i speared him right before i died and even my passive showed up above his head and you know what happened? He got executed. I attacked him and in less than 1 second i didn't get the kill he got executed. So that needs to be fixed, two my updates on league take like 4+ hours cause of the 33% crap, so i finally finished updating yesterday and now its updating the same fucking update again. I'm not sure if this was global or your fucking game is trashed right now but there are 2 bugs right there.
