Is this Supposed to Happen?

I start a new account, win a few games and do well before Riot matches me against Challenger smurfs (not an exagguration), I soldier through that and lose a few games until Riot starts matching me with afk allies. Lose more games, do worse, then Riot starts disconnecting me from the games I'm in. This has happened on several accounts, I literally can't stay consistent for any period of time, Riot literally does not want me to do well.
