Appealing Champion Select Dodges

I think that players should be able to appeal champion select dodges to avoid a punishment. I can't tell you how many times I've had to dodge because I would rather loose 5 LP opposed to 15+ because someone decides to troll in champ select. There have also been times where I lost connection to the server and froze in champ select and i was unable to pick a champ and unintentionally dodge. I don't think it is fair to be punished for something that is out of our control such as a troll or a crash in the server. It's just an idea to be able to appeal dodges but I think it could be useful.
