wtf Riot?.....20 mins wait before games?

My power went out at my house during a NORMAL game. I guess I get reported, and I get put into a low priority queue for 5 games. What's the wait increment....20 fucking mins!!!?? I've never even been put in a queue like this before, I heard it was 5 mins. As if I am going to sit at my computer....for 20 mins, and wait for a pop up to accept....and if I miss it, it's another fucking 20 mins.

Meanwhile people can utter death threats to you in game and get absolutely nothing. Well, I am now going to take this time to actually download and try out DOTA. Thanks Riot.
