Yet another 4v5

Are leagues servers being bad for anyone else today?

I've been trying to get rid of this ranked restriction i've had for the past month or two, and it's hard enough with troll picks and ragers, but today i've played 3 games. Each had at least one afk on either team. Last match I played had two and these aren't just afk for 5min then reconnect but afk until the end.

Anyone else?
