The Problem with Trolls and their supporters

I recently played a ranked game, but had a wukong who apparently did not get his jungle role, so he fed the entire game, obviously a reportable offense. Our Skarner did not want to play with the feeding Wukong, so he left the game (I would have done the same, but I can't afford a low priority). The real problem was that the enemy Jinx and Nautilus approved of Wukong's behavior, for the reason that Jinx was in her last game of a promos. Of course, I didn't mind Jinx being happy that she was getting a free win for her promos, but I was furious at the fact that she pretended that Wukong's behavior was a positive influence in the game, as did Nautilus did.

My duo and I reported Wukong for intentional feeding, but did not have enough reports to enter him into the tribunal, as Jinx and Nautilus condoned the behavior, Skarner left the game early, and everyone else abstained (as I know of).

I am unsure if what Jinx and Nautilus are doing is a reportable offensive, so I did not report them.

What can I do to report this if they are unable to be reported in the post-game screen?
