Is rek'sai a good buy?
Just curious as to how viable she is right now. I know she is a great jungler, with some good sustain. Pros and cons? Any other alternate choices you could give?

A whole lot of good junglers. Just pick what looks the most fun to you. If Rek'sai looks great to you snatch her up, she's probably considered top tier right now.
Just bought her and I don't regret it at all. She's god tier in the jungle. The only con I see is that her kit doesn't lend itself as well for laning. A lot of her power comes from those tunnels and it's harder to maintain them if in lane. But if you like to jungle, she's a great pick.
