Make the ban popup a little more specific?

I think Riot should make the ban popup at the log in screen a little more specific by letting you know when you're banned till to the hour or even minute. (e.g. "This account has been suspended by the leaverbuster system until October 9, 2014 7:36 PM EST") The reason I'm saying this is because I was banned at the time when everyone was disconnecting from games every few minutes for some odd reason (no compainerino) and so of course the next day i got the message upon log in. The fact that the message only displays the date can just be confusing or throw people off/ get they're hopes up for when they can play again. This is just my suggestion, now what are your guys' thoughts.
