when will players learn what good players are

diamond/plat/gold/silver/bronze low elo. bad players. especially north america. No other region do you get players who main mid and are plat 4 lose to gold 5 players that main a totally different role. These platinum and diamond players are getting 100 cs at 20 min and cant understand simple concepts of the game. To be honest if you want to get better at the game go watch the korean and chineese players that actually know what they are doing. Anyone with half a brain can get into diamond 5 been said by many coaches and players and its true after playing for three years and playing with them i can see it.
