Riot changing my name because "inappropriate"

Today I logged onto my account being told that my name has been changed because it was deemed inappropriate. My name was "l Allahu Akbar l" and if the person did some research before changing my name he would have realized it means "an Islamic phrase, called Takbir in Arabic, meaning "God is greater" or "God is [the] greatest". Now I went back to the Terms of Use and looked for anything about religion and nothing was on there, but there was something about race. In my eyes riot changing my name is violating their own Terms of Use by being racist towards my name or Islamic people. I see names all the time involving god and religion why should mine get changed and not others?

Allahu Akbar, is a phrase used by terrorists in their videos when they are beheading people for the Jihad and when they are getting bombs dropped on their face but survive. It has more negative association than positive thanks to Jihadists. Just like the swastika is now pretty much a do not use. But then again, you already knew this.

I would be inclined to agree. Riot needs to stick to working on gameplay and stop trying to police the community. Bans and Name changes should only be done in extreme cases and there should not really be a warning system in my eyes. It should work like this, leave the report system in place and set a certain threshold. For example, over 50 games recieving something like 200 reports should get them to take a look at your account. If they find you are constantly the source of toxicity and negative experiences, then you should be permabanned. End of story.

Religious phrases and such are deemed inappropriate and sometimes offensive to those who do not practice that religion. Also, since you are from North America, I am pretty certain you didn't intend for your name to be used in the religious sense, but more of a comedic sense as most people who say that normally mean something like a joke when they "suicide bomb" against their opponents in video games.

Because riot doesn't want to be in direct fire from the THIN SKINS that probably reported his name. Riot doesnt have a back bone... so making light of dark situations that are happening in todays world is a HUGE nono..... Look at the kid that brought a clock in to school in texas.. got arrested for mistaking said clock as time bomb? Sorry bro.. It happens.... IMO make another dark humor name and force them to change it over and over till they give up.

Edit: Make sure you are clever enough for them to not see the pattern.
