Will some legendary skins that only have a voice over be getting price reduction?

Since zombie Nunu has a new VO, will Gentleman Cho'gath, Brolaf, etc. be getting price reduction? Granted, Zombie Nunu's VO isn't as complex, but still, aVO is a VO.
