ELO hell bots

Every day I am receiving 10+ friend requests from bots advertising ELO help. I request that you guys at LoL upgrade your anti bot (type these numbers to ensure you're not a bot) on the creating a new account part of the website. The numbers are pretty easy to read and it looks like a bot could decipher them without much difficulty.
