Ideas for minor changes and improvements

Earlier today I've realized some little changes that riot could've made to their system, not too much gameplay wise but little things that could actually be nice to change, here are a few ideas.

1. leaver busters times could be changed down by 2 minutes, it'll still feel like a punishment but it won't be as annoying for people who just have to leave due to their schedule.
2. you should be able to chat while the timer for leaver buster is active, it's a simple idea that wouldn't harm anyone at all, I should also think that leaver buster shouldn't activate when you get invited to a game.(that's it for leaver buster)
3. when someone leaves for a long period of time in a match against computers, a computer that corresponds to a champion should leave as well, I got this from my first and only loss, it really sucks to be outnumbered and facing really harsh damaging opponents that you find cheap, no one likes that, and this will help prevent that. (i'm all for a fair win or loss though)

and that's that I may think of more ideas and I certainly want feedback here also i'm fine with you guys posting your ideas on this as well in fact I want you to.
