I hate this leaver buster system

If you get disconnected in a bot game once why is it counted against you? i mean i went to a bot game so i won't have my teammates suffer cause of people working in my area. I didn't know they were working until 8min into the game my dad told me. Now i gotta wait 10 f*cking minutes to play a bot game. I understand it suppose to teach people a lesson but, this was an accident and i'm getting punished for it. Also who thought it was a good idea to let more than a 5min wait on a "BOT" game be ok?
