Can you guys tell me how high your ping was during the server test?

When the server change was announced, Riot gave us a general idea of what the changes in ping would be like in regional sense, but I would like to know what it was like in a state-by-state basis. So would those of you who were placed on the Chicago server fill out this survey, and tell me the state you live in, the city you live in(optional), your average ping right now, and your average ping during the test. If this gets enough responses I would like to follow up when the change becomes official, and then maybe even six months or so after that.
