Riot personal ignores the forums and does zero balancing in match making!

I have been locked into some kinda of toxic match making status, i mean seriously for me match making has "never been this bad" 2 days straight now nothing but loses in normals no matter what game mode i use, and i cant play ranked tell i "win" 17 draft mode games, which is impossible with the match making having a freaking hate status locked on me, im seriously at my wits end with this bull crap, cause nothing's being fixed for me, no matter the team im with match making counters my whole team "every time" and the game is over 13 mins into the game with my team being able to do nothing, its not just a bad day its a flat out steaming pile of shit for an excuse for what you call "balanced match making" so either fix this for me or change is so just playing 20 draft mode games removes the restriction and not actually having to win cause winning is not even close to possible with the way match making is set up across the bored its flat out crushing my elo status that was "decent" now its falling to bronze elo hell. and sure as hell feels intentional.
