Just rework Fiddles already

Despite him having the most games played by his playerbase, he is 24/42 in win rate for junglers. He doesn't even have lane statistics since rito nerfed him completely out of lane, but now his jungle is shitty too. You know there is a problem when a champ is in the bottom half of winrates, despite only being played by Fiddles mains. I mean, playerbase's averages games played for the champ is 231. Two hundred and fucking thirty one average games played by someone that ques up with Fiddles. And he is STILL in the bottom half of junglers for win rate. Sej has the same win rate, despite her average games played being 22. Too many players crying about Fiddles being OP since they lose if they build 100% damage and buy no wards, so rito nerfed him. And nerfed him again. And again. Literally every part of his kit has been nerfed AFTER the fear nerf. Just rework this dude....and not in the fucking Veigar way.
