K league community I need some help

I'm Draven playing against Vayne. Now this is the hardest time I've ever had against a Vayne as Draven and the first time I actually lost lane. How is it that this Vayne and Malphite got two early kills on Ali and I when Vayne did not knock either one of us for a stun, I had my axes, AS boost, and knock away, I had my heal and she had hers, and ali can heal me as well. How is it that her heal gave back way more health than my did even though we are at the same level. There is no ignite anywhere. We did not fight near her minions. I'm not understanding what went wrong here. Any advice much appreciated.

Note: I'm talking about the way early game, anything after that is me trying to salvage and stay relevant and help team.
