I always was interested in purchasing Elise but i never had the IP or RP to do it and my Snowdown Shop has Elise + a skin for her 70% off which is like 584 RP, id like to spend 5 euro to get her and the skin together but i cant due to Capital Controls, i was wondering if there is still a way i can get that deal done even with the Capital Controls in place.

Αν έχεις έναν τραπεζικό λογαριασμό μπορείς να πάρεις rp με την κάρτα σου. Δεν χρειάζεσαι πιστωτική. Αρκεί η κάρτα σου να είναι είτε mastercard ή visa. Έτσι πήρα κι εγώ 3 σκιν τώρα με το snowdown shop αλλά και πιο παλιά πήρα τα 2 project skins στον Zed και τον Yi. Αν δεν έχεις τέτοια κάρτα εσύ, τότε δανείσου από κάποιον φίλο σου και δώσε του τα λεφτά στο χέρι. Γίνεται με χρεωστική εύκολα αρκεί να είναι μια από αυτές που είπα πιο πάνω και δεν μπλέκεις ούτε με πιστωτικές ούτε με τίποτα και τα capital controls δεν σου δημιουργούν πρόβλημα. Ας πούμε, οι χρεωστικές στην Εθνική είναι Maestro και δεν δουλεύουν για να πάρεις RP ενώ στην Eurobank οι χρεωστικές είναι MasterCard και δουλεύουν κομπλέ. Αν δεν έχεις πρόσβαση σε κάποια χρεωστική κάρτα τύπου MasterCard ή Visa τότε δεν μπορώ να βοηθήσω αλλιώς. Υπάρχουν και οι προπληρωμένες MasterCard που κυκλοφορούν τώρα τελευταία, MoneySafe λέγονται, είναι κανονικές MasterCard και δουλεύουν με τον ίδιο τρόπο αλλά δεν τις εμπιστεύομαι και πολύ οπότε δεν τις προτείνω αλλά αν θες να το ρισκάρεις δικό σου θέμα, τις πουλάνε στα περίπτερα και σε άλλα μαγαζιά. Τεσπα, αυτά.
To any moderators that see this comment, do not delete this message, i am explaining to the OP how he can buy rp now from greece with capital controls in effect. I typed in Greek to make things simpler for both me and the OP.
Alright, i have such a card, i will try, though being on the NA server it might be slightly complicated, but it will work out, btw the latest cards from Ethniki are MasterCards, the Maestro ones are the old ones.
EDIT: Cant through PayPal, says transaction denied by the card issuer(aka CAPITAL CONTROLS).
