Please Fix Social Chat!

Interesting Fun Fact- Did you know that League has a System where you can communicate with other people, find new friends, and just talk about League? well it has so many ad's and "Giveaways" being spammed that it's near unusable.

Please limit how much space you can type or a report option to anybody advertising in it. ITS really hard to find good people to play League with now-a-days.
