a better tutorial or a whole new mode that allows u to experiment with your custom build ?

Well few days back i started to play this pbe account of mine (before i lose access to pbe cause of the upcoming pbe changes). So i tried to join a pub queue which took way longer than usual maybe cause of the team builder thing cause i couldnt use that feature anyway. So in the end i thought of trying out the tutorial.

I really like how riot did the tower range indicator, it'll definitely help newcomers to properly understand the tower hit range. Then i kept on playing pretending I'm a newbie since anyway i was trying to test the whole 2nd part of the tutorial were u play in summoner's rift. I was really shocked about certain things when i realized what i was actually doing there.

This tutorial was designed to tell players the basics of the game right. So it makes sense when it ignores certain high level gameplay strategy to make it much more simplified to a newcomer. This is in now way wrong if and only if Riot had developed further more advanced tutorials as the player gained higher summoner level. The complexity of a champion, runes, masteries r all hidden elements that currently the players have to realize through many game battles and even then its not necessary that all gamers of similar summoner level would have met with or know about these strats. This leads the players to search in the web for champion guides, (overall)best rune/mastery to be used for a particular champion.

Also most of the time i've seen Riot explaining again and again in forums about the reasons on y they made these changes to average summoners who r actually unaware of these hidden strats. making it pretty confusing for those players to properly understand what Riot is trying to tell then or even realize what pro teams r actually doin in a match until they stumble upon someone's youtube video detailing pro team strats. uses in a tournament.

Need for better and more reliable system to help newbie/average players as they progress in their summoner level

The title itself explains for itself, all types of strats. including all champion skills and their purpose along with hidden/minor stat difference should be made clear to a player before he even faces them in pvp battle.

Tower behavior, vision behavior (i.e the ability to lose a follow and attack character command if the target enters bush or is out of the character vision), minion behavior (cause one of my friend in his 1st game thought all the minions were actual players even though he had played a tutorial. This happened in 2011 or 12)

The effort given to Ryze (chose ryze cause this was the champ i played few days back in the tutorial after which i'm posting this, so i do not know if garen or ashe will cover the same detailing) in the tutorial as his ulti was explained with almost the same effort as if it was a champion spotlight, should be covered to all champions. Maybe its time to think beyond champion spotlight alone to help introduce a champion to the summoners.

More advanced tactics i.e orb walking, AA canceling etc should be showcased or even taught.

Maybe a new mode

*A place where

*The players can test their custom item builds against bots or maybe a custom hit dummy for combat.

*View and try out(skills, particles and their animations) the skins on the field maybe even free of combat disturbance if needed by the player.

*More/new advanced strategy. sharing system cause of the inbuilt testing feature where any player can share his view on a currently existing or maybe a whole new strat" to other players were they can try the custom strat' cause of the ability to control game play conditions in this mode. The ability to control gameplay related stuff doesn't only go for what all items/masteries/runes the champs in the tryout is equipped with but also the positioning of each champs on the battlefield and even what skills (even the current flight location of the skill towards the required testing character) are used or available to be used for this strategy tryout. This means that Riot itself can make some pre-built custom test session which is actually nothing but a beginner/average/pro summoner level based tutorial. This also means that someone can be a mentor and teach his fellow friend on how to time his skills properly when he's facing a custom made situation.

BLABLABLABLA

TLDR The above mentioned features of the new mode i mentioned makes it possible to cover a lot of new ground for any skill level players which currently can only be covered through visiting other websites i.e community website for reading/viewing strategy guides/gameplay videos which requires the player to actually leave the LOL client for the purpose of gaining further knowledge of the game they are playing. Now obviously many people dont bother to do that since its bothersome, if LOL client already had inbuilt Riot based mode (of which the features r mentioned above) which allowed players to discuss ideas, strategies/tryout skins from game client itself then it would have reduced player confusion which results in frustrating matches for others.

Also I was not sure where to post this cause i felt this was pbe related too so i posted this same one in pbe community forum -_-

Riot is experimenting with bringing out a variety of custom mod modes like ARAM. they're planning on rotating them through every so often. ASAM i think is the front runner. there was talk of something like this submitted by people when it was first brought up a few weeks ago.
