Rune Pages

Not sure where to post this, but anyways.

I was wonder the best generic rune page for ad and ap champions. Sure, i understand that some ap abilities have ad scalings, but i am more interested getting as much damage and not being merely gazed at and 1shotted into oblivion.

What do i need for this in terms of runes?
