New Matchmaking System Idea!

So I always have trouble with matchmaking in Ranked. I enjoy the feeling of being first pick, but when i'm one of the last, it hurts in real life and in the game. People always take the lane that I want and i'm good at, and i'm sure that MANY of you can relate to that. I have a great idea how to solve this!

So if someone takes the lane that you want, you can click this button to go into another matchmaking session with the lane you want open (You switched with another person in the same situation as you, but in your favorite lane). You get 10 seconds to pick YOUR champion in the lane YOU want, and lock in. The timer now starts where it left off in matchmaking.

Please tell me the cons about this, I already know that this might not be able to work as your team comp may vary and you may need a champ with a certain role that differs from the role that you wanted, but at least you get the lane.
