New Champ Select is a blessing

I'm sorry for the people who liked Team Builder. For ranked, this new champ select is a blessing. TB would have never have worked for ranked for a few reasons, with a captain being able to kick players and the inability to change champions based on composition etc. I LOVE that this new champs select does not force someone who sucks at jungling to jungle. You can say that if they can't jungle then they shouldn't do ranked, but thats not the reality of the situation in ranked. Knowing that the people on your team are playing one of their top 2 roles is great. Thank you for this new champ select, Riot!
