After a vacation to LA, I realized something

Rito did a really good job. It took me 12 hours round-trip to go to LA and back to DC, but it only takes League 100-200 milliseconds. In all seriousness, the east coast ping problem is a big deal to a lot of people, including me. Can you guys at least give us an idea on where this "centralized location" is?
