Tribunal

A lot of people find the tribunal to be a joke and its really annoying. So many people troll games and its Riots fault. People feel comfortable trolling because they don't fear the consequences. I just lost 4 ranked games today because of trolls and i reported them but low and behold they ended up in my next lobby. You lose points for dodging so its a lose lose for me. Im still in bronze because of trolls. I even stop reporting people because i knew nothing was going to happen. Riot needs to fix this. Trolls really make me want to play a different game.
