Low Priority Queue Pop-up Is A Problem

First off, I know that helping out people who have been placed in low priority queues isn't exactly on top of Riot's to do list, but although the queue is great to discourage afk'ing, it has one MAJOR problem. When you enter the queue, instead of putting the time you have to wait until you actually get into a queue on the top like other queues, it displays a pop-up with your remaining time left. The only way to get rid of this pop-up is by clicking "Leave Queue". Why? While this pop-up is active, you can't do anything, browse the shop, look at your profile, edit runes/masteries, etc. And maybe this is SUPPOSED to be an additional punishment, so if that's the case good job Riot, but you can't even do bare minium things with the client, like, I dunno, minimize, change the window size, things that you might want to be able to do without resetting a 20 minute timer on when you can play the game.

Counter- Argument: You are just an afk'er who is poisoning the LoL community and ruining the game for other people. Why would Riot waste time making QOL changes for you.

To that I say, you are absolutely right. HOWEVER, whats even more unacceptable is that if you are one of these people, and you are duoing or in a party, not only does this pop-up prevent you from doing anything with your client, 1-4 other people are also unable to do anything with their client. I don't know why this was designed the way it was, but just please change it.

TL;DR: Low priority queue creates pop-up that stops the user from being able to do ANYTHING with the client.
