RIOT I THINK YOU DID IT :D

So I know kass recently got buffed so i thought I might try him again....I think he finally seems balanced :D I love kass solely because of his ult but it did feel OP at timesbut now I think you've finally done it with balancing him :D I got rekt in the early game with only 30 CS at around 10 mins but the enemy team stalled the game so hard thus I got to late game with majority of items built andi showed the the strength of a late game kass iloive how he is a sort of kill me and win now or I willfind you and killyou late game sort of thing now ;-; RITO GJ! :D
